Help Shape TPI’s Response – Leaseholder Protections Consultation

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has published a public consultation on Strengthening Leaseholder Protections Over Charges and Services which is open for responses until 26 September 2025.

TPI will be submitting a formal response to the Consultation, and we would like to hear from you as part of that process.

This short feedback form is your chance to share your views on the Consultation and help us ensure the sector’s voice is clearly and accurately represented.

We also encourage members to submit individual responses directly to Government.
