2023 State Bargaining Survey
Fill out this survey below to help inform our priorities at the bargaining table.
Our bargaining survey will help determine our priorities as we meet with the State, so everyone’s participation is important! Your responses to this survey will be reviewed by members of the AFSCME State Bargaining Team and AFSCME representatives to inform contract proposals and set priorities for negotiations. We may share collective responses to particular questions as needed during negotiations; however, no individual responses or names will be shared.
Please complete this survey no later than September 12, 2023. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can contact your Local President or email info@afscmemd.org. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Not every question is required, so feel free to skip any that are not applicable or you do not feel comfortable answering.
