The following form seeks information from the participant to inform the development of the famil itinerary.
Please complete all sections of this form and sign to confirm that the information provided is an accurate record.
Development West Coast (DWC) collects this information to ensure that suitable activities are selected and that your experience is well-planned and safe.
The information will be held and shared only to the extent necessary to support the planning and delivery of the famil. All submitted information will be securely stored within DWC’s Microsoft Teams tenant for the duration it is needed. Once the famil has concluded, we will retain only your contact information so we can stay in touch with you for future engagement opportunities.
DWC will share only relevant information with third-party organisations involved in organising the famil and internally with our Tourism and Health & Safety teams. Information shared with third party organisations will be shared via email.
