Thank you for taking the time to reflect on the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre's future direction. The Board of Directors of the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre (KMHC) has begun reflecting on its strategic direction for the next five years and would love to hear your thoughts.
The Board of Directors has started thinking about the next five years and the next generations. It is reflecting on how KMHC can best serve you, while caring for the people that care for you and strengthening its own governance.
To get your input, the Board of Directors is asking Kahnawa’kehró:non to answer a few questions. Your opinion on the direction of KMHC is important to the Board of Directors. You will have the chance to comment on KMHC's vision, mission and values. You will be asked to describe KMHC's strengths and weaknesses. There will be a question about opportunities KMHC should take advantage of and potential risks to watch out for. Finally, you will have a chance to comment on KMHC's priorities for the next five years.
The consultation with the community will end on March 21, 2026. Please take the time to help shape the future of your hospital centre by answering the questions below, to the best of your ability.
