SPAN 2025 registration

This free event will bring together organisations from across the West of England, all with a common goal of getting more people physically active and reducing inactivity. This event is for anyone who forms part of the professional network, working with and supporting those within the West of England.

I give consent to Wesport taking photographs and/or video recordings of me at the event and for using for the below purpose.

Images / footage may be used for the purpose of marketing and promotion of today’s event and future Wesport events across our social media platforms, printed publications and websites.(Required.)
9.Booking and Cancellation policy:
All event bookings must be made prior to 14 days of the event date. Bookings made after 14 days prior to the event will be down to the discretion of Wesport and availability of places.

Any cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of the event. Cancellations less than 14 days or Non-attendance on the day, will incur a £20 charge – as means of contribution towards the costs of lunch and refreshments. This will be administered at Wesport's discretion.(Required.)
Terms & conditions:
Due to capacity restrictions, each organisation / department will be restricted to 3 places. If you wish for more places please email Sarah Casselden at sarah.casselden@wesport.org.uk. We will be able to advise nearer the event date if we are able to offer any additional places.
