Rockaway Beach Strategic Plan Update Community Check-In

In November 2024, the City of Rockaway Beach adopted a Strategic Plan to guide the work of the organization over the next five years. The strategic planning process included the development of five-year vision, values, goals, and action plan to guide the delivery of City services.

Over the past two years, City staff has been working to advance the goals and priorities identified in the Strategic Plan. Updating the strategic plan is an important part of the process to ensure the City remains responsive to what's most important in Rockaway Beach. As we prepare to update the plan over the next several months, we want to hear from you.

This brief survey is an opportunity to check in on what has changed in our community over the past two years, what is working well, where there is still room for improvement, and whether there are new needs or priorities we should address.
