Therapies in the School - Excellence in Practice Award 2026

ERI would like to honor one exceptional provider for their inspiring and impactful contribution to school-based practice, with a scholarship of free tuition to ERI’s 27th Annual Therapies in the School Conference. We are looking for a therapist who is a leader, innovator, mentor and/or collaborator dedicated to improving student well-being and success.

Nominees should possess strong clinical reasoning skills for evaluations and interventions that meet student needs, particularly in efficacious, evidence-based, collaborative ways. In addition, they should demonstrate creative problem solving and a drive to positively address challenges facing students, school teams, families and colleagues.

You may nominate yourself or colleague(s) – or both!

Nomination Criteria:
  • The nominee must be an occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech language pathology provider.
  • The nominee must currently practice therapy in the school setting.
  • The nominee must demonstrate the core values of collaboration, leadership, integrity, and a passion for improving the lives of children.
