Social Innovators Programme (SIP) 2026 Application & Baseline Form
Dear Social Innovator,
Thank you for your interest in the Social Innovators Programme (SIP) 2026 cohort.
This form serves two purposes:
1. Application: to help us understand you, your enterprise, and your suitability for the programme 2. Baseline & Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCA): to assess your current stage and tailor support for selected participants
The form is structured in two parts:
Part 1 – Applicant & Enterprise Information (Baseline) is to be completed by all applicants. This helps us understand your background, enterprise context, and starting point so that we can tailor the programme to meet your personal and organisational needs. Please complete this section as honestly and thoughtfully as possible, it is not a test.
Part 2 – Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCA) is a diagnostic tool designed to assess your organisation’s strengths and areas for growth. It is especially recommended for applicants interested in the Enterprise Sustainability Workshops (Bootcamp). Findings from this section will be used to tailor training, mentorship, and support.
The full survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential and managed in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), with considerations for the AU Convention on Cybersecurity and Personal Data Protection (Malabo Convention).
