Speaker Agreement

Thank you so much for agreeing to speak at #SIITR26. The event will be held in Stanthorpe (QLD) 2-4 September. Our program runs over three days and we encourage speakers to join us for the whole event.

Per your application we will allocate either a full or part bursary as thanks for your contribution. All speakers have complimentary access to our social activities.

I'd also like to offer you the opportunity to share anything in our digital showbag, and also to distribute promotional materials at the event.

2.Which #SIITR26 days/social events will you attend (we encourage you to attend as many as you can)
3.Do you have any food or accessibility requirements?
4.What resources and/or materials will you need for your presentation? (note, we'll try to access all however will let you know if it's not possible in advance). If you are on a panel there is no scope for additional presentation aids, we can arrange to have print outs distributed if you provide them.
5.How can we ensure #SIITR26 is a great experience for you?
6.It is important to the SIITR26 program to include a diverse range of speakers. We understand that the costs of accommodation, travel and a ticket fee are not accessible for everyone. Please assist us to understand the best way to make sure you can contribute to this year's event. (please select all options that suit you and we will be in touch accordingly).
7.I accept the offer to speak at Social Impact in the Regions 2026. I understand that I am solely liable and responsible for any risk getting to and at the event. I also understand I am responsible for any costs including costs related to travel and accommodation.
8.I agree to:
  • Have my name and organisation's name published in a media release and/or social media posts related to the conference program.
  • Have my photo taken and shared as part of the communications related to the #SIITR26 Conference
