We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending scheduled courses. To maintain fairness and transparency in our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Refunds for Missed Classes:
We regret to inform you that there will be no refunds for missed courses/individual classes. Once you have registered for a course, your enrollment is considered final, and we are unable to provide refunds for any classes you are unable to attend.

2. Rescheduling:
If you cannot attend the scheduled dates for a course you have registered for, you may request to reschedule to a future session of the same course, subject to availability. All requests for rescheduling must be submitted 72 hours before the scheduled course begins. Please contact info@athrutraining.com to discuss rescheduling options.

3. Cancellations by the Organizer:
We require 5 participants to run this course, in the unlikely event that we must cancel a course/ class session, you will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling option will be provided to you, at your discretion.

4. Transferability:
If you are unable to attend a course but have a colleague or friend who can take your place, you may transfer your registration to them. Please inform us in advance about this change to update our records.

5. Absence/No-Show Policy:
We encourage all registered participants to attend the courses they sign up for. Failure to attend an entire course/ individual class without prior notice is considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling options will be available for participants who do not attend the entire course/individual class.
