We are seeking your feedback on the current bargaining process, including wages, conditions and our next steps.

Your responses will help inform how staff wish to proceed.
Q1. Councils current offer stands at 4.7% & 4%. Is this wage offer acceptable to you?(Required.)
If NO, what do you believe is a fair and acceptable wage increase? Please also indicate CPI if this is important to you.
Q2. Do you generally support the non-wage conditions currently being offered by SCC?(Required.)
