Do you have a staff member who’s made an exceptional contribution to the business? Maybe they add that extra sparkle to the business you didn’t know you needed but now you’d be lost without? Perhaps there’s a team member who’s introduced new systems that make life easier, or maybe they just make Monday mornings easier. Are they the longest-serving staff member? Are they the go-to team member for your customers? Then why not get them recognised as our Star of the Dealership 2024?

Who should enter:

This award is for any individual within a dealership setting who is outshining the rest of the team. There is no age limit for this category – we just want to know what it is that makes them better than the rest!

Entry Criteria:

Individuals can be nominated by a supplier, employer, manager, senior team member, fellow team member or even customer. Entries must be completed to qualify and include a 250-word supporting statement and at least one piece of supporting evidence.

When submitting your entry don’t just tell us about the facts and figures – we want to get to know the person you are nominating. What is it that makes them stand out? Maybe they do something in the community, maybe they’ve improved something in the workplace. Are they the heart and soul of your staff team? Do they go beyond the call of duty for your business? Whatever it is that makes them sparkle we want to know. Your entry could include but is not limited to the above areas and in support of this we ask that you supply up to three additional pieces of supporting evidence.
