Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested by emailing adash@thepaceinstitute.com, at least five (5) business days prior to the course date. A full refund will be provided, minus a $25 administrative fee and the cost of the assessment.

Assessment Fee Policy: The cost of the Five Behaviors® licensed assessment (valued at $150) is included in the cost of the training and refunds for the assessment cannot be granted once the unique link is issued to the participant, regardless of when a cancellation is made. Please ensure your registration is final before enrolling.

​Date Changes: A one-time course date change is allowed if a conflict arises. Request for a date change must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the course date. After this time, no changes can be made. Change requests must be requested by emailing adash@thepaceinstitute.com.

​Completion Requirement: Participants who do not complete the course are not eligible for a refund.

The Pace Institute, LLC has the right to cancel this course at any time. Should this occur, refunds will be issued for the total cost of the session.
