We want to know what it is that makes you great – what makes you stand out from the rest? Do your staff love to be at work? Are they always going the extra mile for customers? Does your role in the community go beyond the farm gate? Taking into account your last 12 months in business, tell us about you. What’s your USP? How do you strive to keep your staff and customers happy? What is it about you and your products that means customers know great service is guaranteed? Why are you the dealership people return to time and again – We want to know!

This category is open to all Farm Machinery dealerships who also offer servicing provisions. It is also open to dealerships, where Farm Machinery might exist as one department in the company offering.

Dealerships can enter on their own behalf or be nominated by customers, suppliers or another third party – but entries must be complete and include a 250-word supporting statement and at least one piece of supporting evidence.

When pulling together your entry don’t just think about the bottom line. Tell us about your business! What is it that makes you stand out from the crowd? Maybe you offer great employment perks or are fantastic at addressing sustainability and community issues. Perhaps you are brilliant at utilising your CRM system and your service team goes above and beyond. Have you got a welcoming business – Maybe you are doing something different from the norm to bring people in-store or maybe your marketing team is on fire. Your entry could include but is not limited to the above areas – our judges are looking to build a picture of your company and what it is that makes you special and stand out from the rest.
