Service Dealer Conference & Awards 2024

Are you the dealership customers turn to for tackling all terrain in the outdoor sector? Can you provide what customers need when they need it? This is your chance to put your dealership on the map and enter the ATV/Quad bike dealer of the year award. Taking into account your last 12 months in business, tell us about you. What is it that makes you stand out from the rest? What’s your USP? How do you strive to keep your staff and customers happy? What is it about you and your products that means customers know great service is guaranteed? We want to know about you!

This category is open to all ATV/Quad bike machinery dealerships who also provide machine servicing. It is also open to dealerships, where ATV/Quadbike sales might exist as one department in the company offering.
Dealerships can enter on their own behalf or be nominated by customers, suppliers or another third party – but entries must be complete and include a 250-word supporting statement and at least one piece of supporting evidence.

When pulling together your entry don’t just think about the facts and figures. Tell us about your business! What is it that makes you stand out from the crowd? Maybe you offer great employment perks or are fantastic at addressing sustainability and community issues. Perhaps you are brilliant at utilising your CRM system and your service team goes above and beyond.  Are you the go to supplier for quad bikes  and ATVs in your area. What makes you stand out from the competition? Are you doing something different from the norm to bring people in-store or maybe your marketing team is on fire. Your entry could include but is not limited to the above areas – our judges are looking to build a picture of your company and what it is that makes you special and stand out from the rest.
