To review a copy of the proposed Standards, visit the CAAHEP website and download: "Proposed CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines for the Accreditation of Educational Programs in Specialist in Blood Bank Technology/Transfusion Medicine." Using this version as a reference, on the next page of this form, select the Standard on which you want to comment, select 'next', enter the line number that you are referring to, and enter your comment in the text box.
