* 2. Beds SU is asking students to vote on changes to its governing document to modernise and simplify it, and make it more accessible to students. The new document incorporates the provisions from the current Beds SU Memorandum of Association and adopts transitional arrangements to the Bylaws, too.

The changes will make it easier to get involved with the students' union and understand how it works, and they will help the students' union be more adaptable to its Members in future.
