Welcome to the 2026 Wage and Benefit Survey. Please take a few minutes to provide us with this valuable information.
The survey collects detailed information on wages, benefits, and workforce practices across a range of industries and job categories. Results will help employers benchmark compensation, support talent attraction and retention strategies, and inform workforce development and economic planning efforts throughout the region.
Survey responses will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate. The final report will be shared with participating organizations and regional partners in 2026.
This survey should only take about 15 minutes to complete. Once you select your industry, you will be asked about groups of common job titles in those industries. You will only be asked follow up questions about the specific job titles that you select.
When providing wage information, please enter the hourly wage rate rather than yearly salary.
