The City of Tucson has engaged consultancy Lord Cultural Resources and embarked on a planning process to understand the feasibility of a cultural center that celebrates Tucson’s Mexican American and Chicano culture and heritage while also reflecting the city’s unique identity as a living borderlands community shaped by diverse cultural influences, migration, and exchange. This planning process was a strategy identified in Somos Uno: A Cultural Heritage Strategy for Tucson, the City's first cultural plan published in 2024.

Your input will help shape what a Cultural Center celebrating Mexican American and Chicano culture could become: what it offers, how it feels, and how it serves Tucson’s communities. This short survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and will directly inform the planning process. Thank you for participating!
