Getting ready to apply

Before starting your application, please take a few moments to prepare the required forms and supporting documents listed below. You will need to upload these documents as part of your online application.

The application is designed to be completed in one sitting and cannot be saved and resumed later. Having everything ready beforehand will help make the application process easier.

Please follow the steps below to prepare before you begin.

1. Review the Course Brochure

Please access the Course Brochure and carefully review the course content and eligibility criteria before starting your application.

2. Download and complete the required documents

Click here to download and prepare the following:
  • Employer Statement
  • Support Statement
3. Prepare your supporting documents

Please have the following documents ready to upload.
  • Updated CV, no more than 4–5 pages
  • NRC, with photos of the front and back combined into one file
  • Passport copy. Applicants must have a PV passport to be eligible.
Application requirements:
  • All applications must be completed in English.
  • Read each question carefully and provide clear, accurate answers.
  • Review your application carefully before submission. Double-check all responses before clicking Submit, as you will not be able to edit the form after submission.
  • Submit your application by 20 October 2026.
Noted:
Selection preference will be given to applicants who have not previously received an Australia Awards Scholarship or participated in an Australia Awards Short Course.
