The Board of Education welcomes your input as we begin our search for a new Superintendent for Cook County School District 130. The feedback collected will directly inform the leadership profile and selection criteria.

All responses are anonymous and confidential. A complete report summarizing all community engagement results will be published on the District website.

We request that each person respond only once to this survey. The survey is designed to allow only one response per device. The survey will be available from September 2 - October 2.
