The Lower Columbia Affordable Housing Society (LCAHS) is gathering information about rental housing needs in the region, including Rossland, Trail, Warfield, Montrose, Fruitvale, RDKB Areas A and B, and surrounding communities.
While LCAHS itself is focused on attainable rental housing, this survey is intended to capture a broader range of rental housing needs and preferences to help inform community housing planning across the Lower Columbia. The information collected will support future housing initiatives, funding applications, and development planning. Individual responses will be kept confidential, and results will be reported in aggregate form only.
The survey will launch on July 15, 2026, and close on August 15, 2026.
