Do you ever feel stuck in a never-ending thought loop that adds to your daily stress? In this book club, by by Nick Trenton, we will focus on practical techniques to reduce overthinking, relieve stress, and bring more mental clarity. Together we will discuss and practice strategies you can apply to your everyday life.

Frequency: Weekly through July 8 (four weeks)
