Thank you for expressing your interest in joining our virtual Communities of Practice. We will be running three different CoPs, covering three regions to ensure a localised experience, as per feedback from our Aged Care Collaborative Sessions.
The regions are broken down as below:
- East: Maroondah, Murrindindi, Whitehorse, Yarra Ranges
- North: Banyule, Manningham, Mitchell, Nillumbik, Whittlesea
- South: Boroondara, Monash, Knox
