2026 Global Cabin Crew Salary and Daily Rate Survey

THIS IS AN ANONYMOUS/CONFIDENTIAL SURVEY coordinated by Scott Arnold, Founder - Sajet Solutions and The CFA Connection. Results will be compiled and shared in an upcoming blog/vlog on both platforms. It will also include Scott's monthly retainer and salary algorithms for calculating your base salary for negotiating purposes.
