Thank you for your interest in the AMAC Runway to Success Supplier Pitch Competition, a progressive, multi-city, tournament-style pitch competition that gives suppliers an opportunity to expand into the airport food and retail industry.
Runway to Success provides participating businesses with industry exposure, education, mentorship and opportunities to establish meaningful connections with airport concessionaires and other industry decision-makers. While these connections may lead to future business opportunities, participation does not guarantee a contract, product placement or other commercial agreement.

Note: A current AMAC membership is required to be a host.
The AMAC Runway to Success Supplier Pitch Competition has three (3) rounds: Runway 16, Ready Takeoff 8 and Final Approach 4.
For each round, participants will present their products to a panel of judges, who may ask questions and offer advice. Judges will evaluate participants using the established scoring rubric while also considering each company's specific standards and business needs. The highest-scoring participants from each group will advance.
The final round takes place before a panel of industry executives, giving finalists a chance to showcase their businesses, receive valuable feedback and explore potential commercial relationships and contracting opportunities.

HOST EXPECTATIONS
Selected hosts are expected to collaborate with AMAC to coordinate and execute the competition, communicate program information and expectations accurately, engage local industry stakeholders and qualified suppliers and provide a professional experience for all participants. The Host Orientation will cover additional responsibilities, procedures and program guidelines.
