Public perceptions of nanoparticle-based cancer treatments

Thank you for visiting our exhibit. We are interested in your views on a new cancer treatment approach being developed at University College London.

The technology uses tiny iron oxide particles ("nanoflowers") that are placed into a tumour and gently heated using magnetism. The heat can damage cancer cells and may help improve cancer treatment.
