City of Rock Island Community Opinion Survey – We Value Your Input
The City of Rock Island is partnering with Northern Illinois University’s Center for Governmental Studies (NIU-CGS) to develop a Strategic Plan that will help shape the City’s goals, priorities, and direction for the coming years. This plan will serve as a roadmap for how Rock Island continues to grow, serve residents, and strengthen the community’s quality of life.

As a valued member of the Rock Island community, your input is essential. This brief (10–15 minute) confidential survey is designed to gather stakeholder perspectives on quality of life, City services, community strengths, and opportunities for improvement. Your feedback will help ensure the Strategic Plan reflects the voices and priorities of those who live, work, and invest in Rock Island.
All responses will be submitted directly to the NIU-CGS project team. Individual responses will remain confidential and will only be shared in summary form to inform the strategic planning process.
Please share your input by the end of business day on Friday, January 16th.
