Registration & Fee Information:

  • Registration will close on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM OR when 100 units are registered. Unregistered units who show up day of will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
  • Final participation will be confirmed and invoiced via the email provided in this form on or by June 12, 2026.
  • All parade participants (float/vehicle passengers/drivers, walkers/candy-passers, royalty/ambassadors, marching band performers/directors, volunteers) must submit a completed waiver prior to or at the parade lineup check-in zone. A link to parade waivers will be included in your confirmation email and on the River Falls Day tab of the River Falls Chamber of Commerce website.

Participation fee payments are:
  • Payable with physical check mailed to address enclosed within the invoice email.
  • Payable with an online bill-pay link enclosed within the invoice email.
  • Due in-full by June 24, 2026.
  • Nonrefundable. *Since 1974 River Falls Days has been an annual fundraiser for the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau.*
