Request for Training at BD |

Complete the steps below to request registration for an in-person training course at our San Jose, CA, training center. For the address, use your organization's address.
Your safety and the safety of our staff are important to us. Before filling out the training request form and making any travel arrangements, ensure you meet the following requirements to attend training in the BD training center in San Jose, CA:
- Follow masking requirements while in the training center. We will provide you with a mask if you did not bring your own.
- Take a rapid COVID-19 test (BD will provide test kits ) the day before the start of class and show proof on arrival at BD on the first day you tested negative.
If you cannot meet all requirements, consider the virtual training option, or contact us for further assistance.
Note: training is for standard instrument configurations. For Special Order Research Product options (SORP), the Multicolor Flow Course, or the Art of Sorting Course, contact a training coordinator to discuss.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 21 days before the training event will receive a full refund. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 21 days before the start date, a cancellation fee of $500 may be applied. Refunds will not be allowed for "no-shows." Note that non-payment of tuition does not constitute a proper cancellation.
