Survey to Inform the Puget Sound Region Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Plan

Introduction

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is leading the development of the Puget Sound Region Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Plan (“Plan”) to create a shared roadmap for expanding charging across King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. The Plan will provide coordinated, regionally consistent recommendations for where and how EV charging infrastructure is installed to meet current and future needs for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles.

This survey is intended for cities and counties, utilities, transit agencies, ports, schools, infrastructure vendors, and other organizations, agencies, or businesses that permit, install, own, operate, or coordinate EV charging infrastructure.

This survey will ask you about your current role and practices related to charging deployment, barriers and solutions, and charging site evaluation factors. Your survey responses will directly inform the Plan.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Survey responses are anonymous, unless you choose to share your contact information. The survey will be open from May 11, 2026, until June 19, 2026.

If you are interested in engaging in or receiving updates about the development of the Plan, please fill out this form. To learn more about the Plan, please visit the Puget Sound Regional EV Collaborative webpage. If you have any questions, please contact PugetSoundREV@pscleanair.gov.
