The City of Leduc is nearing completion of renewing its Land Use Bylaw. The Land Use Bylaw shapes how neighbourhoods develop and evolve, the types of homes available, and how services, shops, and green spaces are integrated—supporting residents at every stage of life.
From March to May 2026, the project team shared the proposed draft changes to the Land Use Bylaw to gather public feedback to inform revisions and refine the draft. Feedback throughout the project, along with technical review and City policy, has further shaped the latest draft Land Use Bylaw.
This survey highlights the refinements to the draft Land Use Bylaw and asks whether the draft is clear, and easy to use. Your response will help confirm whether the draft supports the project's goals as well as what may remain unclear or need further refinement.
You do not need to read the
full draft Land Use Bylaw to participate; however, we encourage you to review the summary of
key changes on the website. This survey includes short summaries of the proposed changes. You may also review the proposed map, draft Land Use Bylaw, examples of the Housing Design Catalogue and supporting documents at
Leduc.ca/LUB.
The survey is estimated to take 15-20 minutes to complete and is open until
Oct. 18, 2026.
