Railway City Transit Plan for Growth
Round 1 Public Engagement Survey

The City of St. Thomas is completing a Transit Plan in collaboration with Dillon Consulting Limited. To help meet the needs of current and future residents, this plan will identify route and service changes including expanding service hours and geographic reach to provide mobility choice for a growing population.

Whether or not you are a transit user, your participation is important. Let the study team know about how you move around the City, what you think is currently working well, and what could be improved.

Please note that all questions are optional, and you can exit the survey at any time. Your responses will remain confidential and will solely be used to inform the Transit Plan.

A feedback summary will be shared with Council and posted on the project webpage.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Paper copies of the survey are available at St. Thomas City Hall and can be returned in-person to either:
  • Environmental Services
  • Clerks Department/Customer Service
If you have any questions regarding the survey, or require accommodations or assistance in completing the survey, please contact Conner Hindley at chindley@stthomas.ca and we will work with you to support your participation.
