The Fleet Visionary Award celebrates an industry leader who champions innovation and brings a fresh perspective, driving meaningful change in an industry that's always on the move. Now in its 12th year, the award is open to fleet professionals who run private fleets and have 10 years or fewer of industry experience. The award is sponsored by Merchant's Fleet and presented by Automotive Fleet magazine.

The 2026 award winner will be announced at this year's AFLA Conference, which takes place September 27-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the JW Marriott Resort and Spa.

Nominations must be submitted by end of day (11:59 PM PST) on Monday, June 18, 2026.

There is no character limit, however, we recommend keeping your response concise and centered on key achievements and impact.
