Urban Park Courts Renovation Survey

The Urban Park Renovation Project is focused on improving accessibility, circulation, recreational opportunities, and overall park experience. Key goals include enhancing ADA accessibility, renovating and modernizing court facilities, improving pedestrian connectivity, adding amenities that increase comfort and usability, incorporating appropriate landscape improvements, and preserving the park features that residents value most.
At this stage, we are in the listening phase of the project and are not presenting a final design. Instead, we are sharing two preliminary concepts and seeking community feedback to better understand local priorities and ideas for the park's future. The concepts shown are intended to spark discussion and explore potential improvements. Your feedback will help shape the final design, which may incorporate elements from both concepts as well as ideas received through this survey and other community engagement activities.

Thank you for your time. Your input is an important part of the planning process and will help create an Urban Park that better serves the community for years to come!
Concept 1 - Overview:

This concept focuses on creating a stronger central gathering space and a primary circulation spine through the middle of the park.

The intent is to create a more organized central activity area that better connects the courts, playground, pavilion, and other amenities while providing accessible routes throughout the site.

Concept 2 - Overview:

This concept takes a different approach by emphasizing circulation around the perimeter of the site and increasing recreational capacity.

The most significant difference is the addition of another tennis court and volleyball court area, providing more opportunities for recreation and organized play.
