Voice of the Customer Survey - Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in taking part in this Voice of the Customer survey. This time we’re excited to be joining forces with RNIB’s Volunteering team to learn more about your experiences of volunteering.

The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. We’re interested in hearing from you whether or not you volunteer. If you do volunteer, we’d like to know about your experiences of volunteering, whoever you volunteer for. If you don’t volunteer, we would like to know if there are any barriers to you volunteering.

A note for RNIB Volunteers, this survey replaces your routine volunteering survey which you would receive from the Volunteering team, and we’ve incorporated some of the same questions you are asked in this survey.

We want to gain a deeper understanding of the experience and perceptions of volunteering. This will help us to help promote accessibility of volunteering and will help us put these learnings in place internally and advocate for these externally. Your feedback directs our future work, and it is crucial that we hear your views.
