The objectives of the kick-off summit are to:
  • Cultivate a shared commitment to address our region's housing challenges;
  • Provide an opportunity for elected and appointed officials from each municipality and from state and federal levels to collaborate with one another and with folks from the nonprofit community, development professionals, and residents from across the region;
  • Finalize our goals for the At Home in Greater Lowell strategy and share research findings; and
  • Ideate and develop strategies to reach those goals.
