Cook Shire Council is planning for more housing in Cooktown.
Council has identified the area shown on the map below as a priority for residential growth. It has been selected because of its proximity to the existing town, services and facilities, and the opportunity to efficiently extend infrastructure to support new housing.
The location has already been identified. What we want your help with is getting the planning within it right.
