2026 Archdiocesan Deacon Survey

Instructions:

2. If you are employed by the parish or the Archdiocese, please do not include ministry related to your employment. This survey is attempting to identify and quantify voluntary ministry, not employment.

3. Do not include driving time hours when reporting ministry hours. Driving hour will be reported in total near the end of the survey.
