Last year, your feedback led to real change — we built a Volunteer Impact Hub that lays out every role's time and impact, a Path to Leadership from first steps to governance, and a dynamic org chart you can tour to see exactly how SBM works. We also offered our first ever SIG Chair Leadership Training in June, so SIGs run more consistently.
