Wellbeing Awards Entry Form 2026

As part of the BVA Awards 2026, we want to celebrate veterinary workplaces that support and enhance the wellbeing of its team. The BVA Wellbeing Awards recognises veterinary workplaces that go above and beyond to support staff wellbeing as highlighted in the Good Veterinary Workplaces Voluntary Code.

The judges will be looking for examples of:

Positive wellbeing initiatives within your workplace
Good communication
Clear processes for making suggestions and enabling change
Details on flexible working and regular breaks
