2.Which of the following issues, if any, concern you about Leelanau County today? (Select all that apply.)
3.Would you support changes to local zoning that allow higher-density housing in appropriate areas, in order to create attainable year-round housing?

“Higher-density housing” means more than one house on a single property (for example, duplexes, small apartment buildings, or accessory dwelling units).

"Appropriate areas” means locations the community identifies as suitable for development — typically near village centers, along main roads, or in areas already transitioning out of purely rural use.

By increasing the density of housing, the cost of development is significantly reduced.
