The City is planning to reconstruct Elmside Blvd (Oakridge Ave to Atwood Ave), Sommers Ave (Miller Ave to Elmside Blvd, and Center Ave (Miller Ave to Elmside Blvd). The project includes the replacement of sanitary sewer and laterals, water main, storm sewer main and laterals, curb and gutter, gravel base, asphalt pavement, and pavement marking. The sidewalk will be spot replaced as needed. More information about the specific impacts to each street will be shared at the public information meeting. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather feedback from residents about flooding, sewer issues, driveway aprons, and accessibility needs within the limits of the project so that City engineers can consider these concerns as part of the street design.
