Peterborough County Transit Feasibility Study - Community Survey

Community Care Peterborough, in collaboration with Dillon Consulting Ltd., is completing a study for a potential public transit service across Peterborough County. This project will identify what solutions are viable to provide new travel options for residents between our many towns, villages, landscapes, and communities. This study is looking at service options for all residents, including commuters, students, retirees, families, and anyone else looking for new ways to get into the city and around the County. The purpose of this survey is to understand your current travel behavior and key priorities regarding a potential implementation of public transit service in the County.

Please note that all questions are optional. Non-identifiable summaries of the results may be shared publicly for purposes related to this transit feasibility study.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Paper copies of the survey are available at all Community Care offices, local Township offices, and from First Nation offices. They can be returned to the pick-up location no later than July 10, 2026. Alternatively, completed paper surveys can be dropped-off or mailed to:
