The RAF Families Federation (RAFFF), alongside the Army Families Federation (AFF) and Naval Families Federation (NFF), is seeking feedback from serving personnel and their families to help inform our evidence submission to the Armed Forces' Pay Review Body (AFPRB) later this year.
As part of this year's evidence gathering, we would like to hear about your views on military pay, your personal or family financial situation, and the extent to which cost-of-living pressures have affected you.
The evidence you provide not only offers an important opportunity for your experiences and perspectives to be heard by those responsible for making recommendations on Armed Forces pay, but it will also help inform our engagement with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defence.
We therefore invite RAF personnel and their spouses or partners to complete this short questionnaire. If you are part of a dual-serving couple, please complete the questionnaire from your own perspective.
