Multi-Facility Support Plan participants will have the option to engage in the following services:
  • A welcome meeting with a Quality Award team member
  • An orientation call for corporate account administrators and/or center level administrators
  • Assistance in ensuring corporate and center level contacts are set up in the Quality Award Portal
  • Dedicated time with a Quality Award team member to efficiently submit payments
  • Ongoing access to and support from the Quality Award team
  • Post-application deadline and notification day reports
