  • I understand that NREA cannot accommodate special time and date requests for my proposal and that I must be able to present on October 13 or 14, 2025 in Salt Lake City, UT.
  • I understand that my presentation will ONLY be presented live, onsite, at the event, and will NOT be recorded for online viewing.
  • I understand I will not receive an honorarium or professional fee.
  • As the primary presentation contact, I understand I am responsible for distributing relevant presenter information to any co-presenters participating in my presentation.
  • I agree that I and my co-presenters must register by May 31, 2025 and pay the discounted presenter rate of $450 per registrant.
  • I agree to make NREA aware of changes to any of the presentation information I provided during the submission process in order to ensure the event program correctly reflects the presenters and presentation content.
  • I understand that my presentation and any supplemental handouts must be submitted by the specified deadlines. NREA will not provide printed materials for distribution during sessions, but presenters may bring hard copies to distribute themselves.
  • I retain ownership of the provided presentation/materials, but I give NREA permission to share the information via the event app with all attendees.
  • I agree that I will not sell any products or services during my session.
  • I warrant to NREA that nothing in my written materials or verbal presentation is defamatory or will infringe the copyright interests or other rights of any person or entity. I confirm that I have all required permissions to use any third-party content that I may include in my written or verbal presentation I provide to NREA and to further grant to NREA the right to use my presentation as provided herein.
