INTRODUCTION
The Board of Education is inviting YOU to help guide the selection of our next superintendent. This is an important moment for our district, and your voice matters.
Grounded in our Board Goals and Guardrails, Core Values, and Vision 2035, we encourage students, staff, families, and community members to share their perspectives through a short, anonymous survey, which is the first phase of gathering community feedback. Your input will help identify the qualities and priorities we value in our next leader.
Survey window: Present - April 24, 2026
In our next phase, we will convene various community engagement sessions to review what comes from the survey and make recommendations for anything that is missing, as well as questions that community members would like to ask a Superintendent candidate. Both of these phases of engagement will allow us to have key input and involve our community in the Superintendent search in a meaningful way.
