Conflict Resolution & Navigating Difficult Conversations

The UHN Office of Research Trainees (ORT) invites UHN graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and staff to take part in a special session of the Developing Effective Mentorship Skills Program.

This interactive session, hosted in collaboration with the UHN People & Culture team, will focus on conflict resolution and navigating difficult conversations. Through practical, real-world scenarios, participants will gain the tools to communicate clearly, manage challenges, and foster positive working environments.
