2026 Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Commitment Form |
Introduction
Esteemed Colleagues,
We are excited to announce and invite you to participate in an emergency preparedness exercise opportunity that Community Health Care Association of NYS (CHCANYS) will be conducting this year with community health centers (CHCs) based in New York City (NYC).
As you are aware, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires CHCs to test and evaluate their emergency preparedness plans through annual exercises. Moreover, New York State requires that Article 28 diagnostic & treatment centers (D&TCs) rehearse their preparedness plans twice a year.
To help them meet these requirements, CHCANYS will collaborate with CHCs to design and conduct a Virtual Tabletop Exercise (TTX) on March 26, 2026. Please review the Conditions of Participation for this opportunity on the next page.
Please email EMteam@chcanys.org if you have any questions or require additional information.
